How to order

1. Ordering – When you order with a credit card, we process the order immediately. Purchase orders are usually processed within two hours of receipt.
2. Delivery – A license key is delivered to you via email. The license key is sent to the email address that you provide.
3. Download – If you downloaded a trial copy, you may continue using that copy with your new license key. If you need to download Steelray Project Viewer, the email you will receive includes instructions on how to do this.
4. Receipt – The receipt is delivered to you via email. Copies of receipts may be requested from Customer Service.

New users require full licenses, which includes a year of maintenance. After the first year, maintenance provides technical support and an additional year of updates for each user. All prices are USD and unit prices.
