Analyzer Support for DCMA DECM Schedule Checks

In an effort to be more consistent and comprehensive with their schedule and cost checks, DCMA’s next generation of data-driven metrics were developed as part of their EVAS (Earned Value Analysis System). These checks evolved over several years and were eventually renamed the DCMA EVMS Compliance Metrics (DECM).
